How can I recover a previous version of a file?
CloudLive keeps up to 30 versions of a file and you can restore any of these versions at any time.
To restore from the web portal:
- Navigate through the web portal to the location the file was in
- Double click on the file to open it
- Select which version to download.
Alternatively, you may wish to use the Restore Client Software via the web portal to do this.
Within the client software, you can right click on a file and choose 'View Older Versions'.
Please note that you can only download a version of a file that has been fully uploaded.
