If you delete a file or folder that has been backed up, it can be retrieved from our servers for up to 30 days after deletion.

To restore from the web portal:
 - Navigate through the web portal to the location the item was in.
 - Ensure that under "'View Options' the 'Show Deleted' option is enabled
 - You will see the item greyed out - double click on the file to open it
 - Choose the 'Download' option or selectively restore any of the previous 30 versions of that file

You may need to ensure you have set the view to tiles by clicking on the icon with squares arranged in a 2x3 grid to the left of the Search field in the web portal.

 

Alternatively, you may wish to use the CloudLive desktop software to do this.

Within the desktop restore software:
 - Ensure the view is changed to 'show deleted items'
 - Browse through the backup set to locate the files and folders on the machine you wish to restore from
 - Choose the 'Download' option or selectively restore any of the previous 30 versions of that file

Please note that you can only download files that have been fully uploaded.
