Why was my card declined?
Unfortunately CloudLive does not receive any details why a transaction fails. We are aware that, as our payment house is based in the UK, some foreign banks put a block on payments that are made to us. You would need to contact your bank and ask them to put a flag on the account to allow payments to CloudLive. If your card continues to fail we recommend trying another card. Please note that we only accept payments via Maestro, Mastercard or Visa cards. |
