- I think there is a problem with my CloudLive software, what is the first thing I should do?
The CloudLive Control Panel has a built in repair tool that detects, and then fixes any problems that may occur.
To run the repair tool:
- Launch CloudLive Control Panel from the shortcut on your desktop
- Select the 'Advanced' tab and then the 'Maintenance' tab. Now click 'Run'.
The repair tool usually takes around 15 minutes to complete and the machine must be left idle whilst it completes completes the repair.
