Can I backup network drives/NAS devices?
It is possible to backup NAS devices on any plan with the purchase of an optional NAS Backup add-on for each network drive/NAS device you wish to backup. To purchase an add-on, please contact customer support by opening a support ticket. (Discounts are available for multiple add-on purchases)
Once your NAS add-on is active, you will be able to select and add your NAS drive to your backup selection.
Please note that each NAS or external storage device has a limit of 5TB (5000GB).
